We keep this confidential and use it only to deliver and manage our services.

Where autonomous cleaning equipment is used at your site, the equipment and its app may create site maps, schedules and cleaning reports. These are used to operate and support the equipment and report on cleaning at your site.

When you use our website, we or our providers may collect:

  • Pages visited and general usage information
  • Browser, device type and operating system
  • IP address and approximate location
  • The website or search that referred you

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to enquiries and arrange facility assessments
  • Prepare proposals and deliver our cleaning and facility care services

  • Equipment partners, where we deploy autonomous cleaning solutions at your site

They only receive the information they need and must handle it appropriately.

  • The business is sold or restructured (we will give notice where we can)
